Основным направлением работы нашего учреждения является социальная реабилитация лиц с тяжелыми и (или) множественными физическими и (или) психическими нарушениями, предоставление детям-инвалидам равных возможностей для активного участия в социокультурной жизни общества, формирование и развитие необходимых умений и способностей для максимально возможной самостоятельной жизни. Учреждение образования создано 1 сентября 2004 года. В начале декабря 2019 г. специалистами учреждения организован пятый межрегиональный инклюзивный фестиваль на базе городского дома культуры, посвященный Международному дню инвалида «Одной планеты дети», в котором принимали участие не только дети с особенностями психофизического развития из Жабинковского района, но и дети-инвалиды центра со своими воспитателями. Ежегодно в данном мероприятии принимают участие дети-инвалиды и из других регионов Брестской области. За участие в областной выставке декоративно-прикладного творчества детей-инвалидов, детей с особенностями психофизического развития и молодых инвалидов, посвященной Международному дню инвалидов, дети ЦКРОиР получили похвальный отзыв от Управления по образованию Брестской области в декабре 2019 г. На областном этапе республиканского фестиваля художественного творчества «Вяселкавы карагод» дети-инвалиды ЦКРОиР получили похвальный отзыв от Главного управления по образованию Брестской области в апреле 2019г. В апреле 2019 года трудовой коллектив Государственного учреждения образования» Центр коррекционно-развивающего обучения и реабилитации Жабинковского района" награжден грамотой Жабинковского районного исполнительного комитета за достижение лучших показателей социально-экономического развития по итогам работы в 2018 году среди учреждений образования Жабинковского района и размещен на Доску почета в городе Жабинка. Опыт в проектной деятельности: подавали заявку на гуманитарное сотрудничество для приобретения специализированного транспортного средства для детей-инвалидов в рамках трансграничного сотрудничества и не прошли отбор. |

Детальное описание деятельности в рамках проекта в соответствии с поставленными задачами |
Проект предусматривает устройство и оборудование на территории учреждения спортивно-игровой площадки. Спортивно-игровая площадка предназначена для коррекции опорно-двигательного аппарата, развития спортивных навыков и повышения двигательной активности детей – инвалидов. При каждом виде детской патологии в развитии противопоказаны те или иные спортивные упражнения, рекомендована адаптивная физическая культура. Целевая группа: дети с тяжелыми множественными нарушениями, родители, педагоги, дети с нормой интеллекта. Количество участников: 15 детей-инвалидов, дети раннего возраста, 6-8 педагогов. Ожидаемые результаты: спортивно-игровая площадка для детей-инвалидов будет использоваться для отдыха, организации подвижных и спортивных игр, занятий по адаптивной физической культуре, способствующих формированию физически и духовно здоровой личности. Обоснование проекта |
В Государственном учреждении образования «Центр коррекционно-развивающего обучения и реабилитации Жабинковского района» на сегодняшний день не созданы условия для занятий адаптивной физической культурой с детьми-инвалидами в связи с тем, что учреждение находится на территории бывшей музыкальной школы. В здании был проведен капитальный ремонт, оно было переоборудовано и в 2007 году передано на баланс отдела по образованию Жабинковского райисполкома для организации работы с детьми-инвалидами. На момент передачи в центре обучалось 4 ребенка-инвалида. Создание спортивной площадки для 4 детей не было предусмотрено. В связи с тем, что ежегодно количество детей-инвалидов в центре неизбежно увеличивается, имеется острая необходимость создания спортивно-игровой площадки. Создание площадки приведет к повышению мотивации и регулярным занятиям адаптивной физической культурой с детьми-инвалидами; улучшится состояние здоровья детей-инвалидов за счет повышения доступности и качества занятий по адаптивной физической культуре; - предупреждение заболеваний; -профилактика травматизма детей-инвалидов. |

Деятельность после окончания проекта |
В дальнейшем работу в намеченном направлении планируется осуществлять путём: -проведения занятий с детьми-инвалидами адаптивной физической культурой, лечебной физической культурой, на спортивно-игровой площадке; - проведение спортивных мероприятий, праздников для всеобщего оздоровления и полезного времяпрепровождения, досуга воспитанников и учащихся учреждения; -расширения спортивных мероприятий; - возможность достижения успехов в спортивных соревнованиях районного и областного уровня. -занятия на безопасных тренажерах общей физической подготовкой с детьми-инвалидами; -проведение различных спортивных соревнований, мероприятий для детей-инвалидов совместно с детьми с нормой интеллекта для повышения уровня социализации, интеграции детей-инвалидов в общество. The main focus of our institution is the social rehabilitation of people with severe and (or) multiple physical and (or) mental disabilities, providing children with disabilities with equal opportunities to actively participate in the socio-cultural life of society, the formation and development of the necessary skills and abilities for the maximum possible independent life. The educational institution was established on September 1, 2004. In early December, 2019 specialists companies organized the fifth interregional inclusive festival in the municipal house of culture to mark the International day of disabled persons "One world kids", which was attended not only by children with features of psychophysical development from Zhabinka district, but also disabled children's centre with their teachers. Every year, disabled children from other regions of the Brest region take part in this event. For participation in the regional exhibition of arts and crafts creativity children with disabilities, children with special needs and youth with disabilities dedicated to the International day of disabled persons, disabled children's centre received a commendation from the Department for education of the Brest region in December 2019 At the regional stage of the Republican festival of artistic creativity "Viaselkavy Karagod", disabled children of the Ckroir received a commendable review from the Main Department for education of the Brest region in April 2019. In April 2019, the labor collective of the State educational institution" Center of remedial and developing teaching and rehabilitation Zhabinka district" was awarded a diploma Zhabinka regional Executive Committee for achievement of the best indicators of socio-economic development by the end of 2018 among educational institutions Zhabinka district and placed on the honor roll in the town of Zhabinka. The project provides for the construction and equipment of a sports Playground on the territory of the institution. The sports Playground is designed to correct the musculoskeletal system, develop sports skills and increase the motor activity of children with disabilities. For each type of child pathology in development, certain sports exercises are contraindicated, and adaptive physical culture is recommended. Target group: children with severe multiple disabilities, parents, teachers, children with normal intelligence. Number of participants: 15 disabled children, young children, 6-8 teachers. Expected results: the sports and play area for disabled children will be used for recreation, organization of outdoor and sports games, classes in adaptive physical culture that contribute to the formation of a physically and spiritually healthy personality. Project background |
The State educational institution "center for correctional and developmental training and rehabilitation of zhabinkovsky district" does not currently have conditions for adaptive physical education with disabled children due to the fact that the institution is located on the territory of a former music school. The building was renovated, it was re-equipped and in 2007 transferred to the balance of the Department of education of the zhabinkovsky district Executive Committee for the organization of work with children with disabilities. At the time of the transfer, 4 disabled children were studying at the center.The creation of a sports ground for 4 children was not provided. Due to the fact that the number of disabled children in the center is inevitably increasing every year, there is an urgent need to create a sports Playground. The creation of the platform will lead to increased motivation and regular adaptive physical training with children with disabilities; the health status of disabled children will improve by increasing the availability and quality of adaptive physical education classes; - prevention of diseases; - prevention of injuries to disabled children. |

Activity after the end of the project |
In the future, it is planned to work in this direction by: -conducting classes with disabled children with adaptive physical culture, therapeutic physical culture, on the sports and Playground; - carrying out sports events, holidays for General health improvement and useful pastime, leisure of pupils and students of the institution; - expansion of sports events; - the possibility of achieving success in sports competitions at the district and regional level; -classes on safe simulators of General physical training with disabled children; - conducting various sports competitions and events for children with disabilities together with children with the intelligence norm to increase the level of socialization and integration of children with disabilities into society. Thus, the implementation of the above plans will allow us to implement the project "We believe" in full. In the context of universal care, attention and interest in the problems of children with disabilities and the creation of special educational conditions for children with disabilities in educational institutions, the implementation of this project is a necessary tool in promoting the priority goals of social policy of the Republic of Belarus. |
